At Bo the Lobster, we know that buying clothes for kids isn’t always predictable. That’s why we’ve made our Returns & Exchanges process as easy and flexible as possible.
Return policy

Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Size or style not quite right? No problem, just send us an email mentioning which item and size you need and we'll help you get everything sorted.

We’ll ship your exchange as soon as we receive the original.
- Shipping charges are for the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless there was a mistake on our end).
